TWENTYEIGHT FINGERS (2007-2012)

TWENTYEIGHT FINGERS is a collection of bronze casts of the index fingers of creative people including visual artists, musicians, writers, animators, architects and poets.  Finger contributors include Alan Bennett, Sir Terence Conran, Tracey Emin, Lord Foster, Antony Gormley, Anish Kapoor, Nick Park and Dame Vivienne Westwood.  Photographs and biographies have been brought together in an artist's book. World Wide We (WWWe) (2012-present)

WWWe's vision is for a better connected world and hence a more resilient planet in the face of big changes (e.g.in the environment and climate). WWWe aims to achieve this by developing an online networking platform with simple yet powerful tools to enable people to

  • Be Together
  • Move Forward Together

As part of this project, Joanna has produced two animations with Jonnie Lyle, the poets Benjamin Zephania and Matt Harvey and numerous visual artists: WWWelcome and People Need People.
